It is illegal for tenants under the age of 18 to lease an apartment in New York State; therefore, any users who are determined to be under the age of 18 will be removed from the database without requiring prior notice. By choosing to use the Services provided by Goldylocks.io, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, have not been previously removed from the Goldylocks.io database for misuse, and will only use the Services provided by Goldylocks.io in compliance with applicable laws in Goldylocks.io’s area of operation (city, state, federal).
